Resolve "Create base for Onboarding"

Ella Wipatene requested to merge 43-create-base-for-onboarding into main

There should be an onboarding slider to help inform users about the application.

The content on the slider is not yet filled out... that will come at a later date. This is just filled out now so that the architecture and user flow are done.

The current user flow is this:

  • Onboarding Slider
  • Log In
  • App

To resolve this issue, the react-native-onboarding-swiper was used. The documentation for this can be found here: https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-native-onboarding-swiper
