Create red arrows for course restrictions

We need a way of distinguishing the requirements from the restrictions, one good way of doing this would be to make some red arrows instead of the usual grey.

Not working on this until we have found a way to make the arrows for regular requirements look better. Adding more red arrows for the restrictions makes the screen look even worse and harder to read.
